Welcome to our Sunday night session that beautifully blends the principles of dance movement therapy with insights from Brené Brown’s "Atlas of the Heart."

Each week, we’ll explore and learn the emotions through engaging movement and body language activities. Our sessions will include a warm-up to get our bodies flowing, an inspiring theme from the book to guide our exploration, and lively group discussions to share insights and experiences.

We’ll also incorporate journaling and grounding activities to help you reflect and connect with your feelings. This is a welcoming space for everyone to learn, grow, and connect through the power of movement and emotion awareness.

This program will run between Feb to April 2025, weekly Sunday 7 pm to 8:30 pm. Please join our Meetup Group online.
